Rental Requirements
What you need to rent a vehicle with 305 Fleet.
🧑 Driver Age
Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Some vehicles may require a minimum age of 25 — this will be noted on the vehicle listing. Drivers under 25 may be subject to additional requirements or surcharges.

🪪 Driver's License
A valid driver's license is required. We accept:
- Valid US driver's license from any state
- Valid international driver's license (with passport)
- Valid driver's license from your home country (for international visitors)
ⓘ License must be valid for the entire rental period. Temporary licenses may be accepted with additional verification.
🛡️ Insurance
Insurance is required for all rentals. Options include:
- Personal auto insurance — if your policy covers rental vehicles, we'll verify coverage
- Credit card rental coverage — some credit cards offer rental car insurance; verify with your card issuer
- Purchased coverage — insurance options available through our booking platform
ⓘ Insurance options and pricing will be presented during the booking process. Specific coverage details are determined by the insurance provider, not by 305 Fleet.
💳 Deposit
A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and rental period. The deposit is authorized (not charged) at the time of pickup and released after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

📋 Rental Agreement
Every rental requires a signed rental agreement. The agreement includes:
- Rental period, rates, and total charges
- Mileage allowance and overage rates
- Insurance coverage selection
- Deposit amount and terms
- Cancellation and modification policy
- Vehicle condition and return requirements
✈️ International Visitors
Welcome to South Florida! International renters are welcome. In addition to the standard requirements:
- Passport required for identification
- Driver's license from your home country is accepted
- International Driving Permit (IDP) recommended but not always required
- Insurance options for international travelers are available
