Where do I pick up my vehicle?
We offer airport delivery at Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Specific pickup details are confirmed at booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly at no charge. If your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible to coordinate.
Can I rent with a foreign driver's license?
Yes. We accept valid driver's licenses from your home country along with your passport. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended but not always required.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the vehicle for the rental period, the daily mileage allowance, and basic insurance options. Taxes, fees, optional extras, and deposits are itemized in your quote.
Do you charge hidden fees?
No. All charges are itemized in your quote before booking. You'll see the base rate, taxes, fees, and any optional extras before you confirm.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Contact us as soon as possible to request an extension. Additional charges will apply for the extended period.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before pickup. 50% refund if cancelled 48-72 hours before pickup. No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before pickup (deposit is still returned). Specific terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options with competitive rates for longer periods. See our Rental Options page for details.
Is insurance required?
Yes, insurance is required for all rentals. You can use your personal auto insurance, credit card rental coverage, or purchase coverage through our booking platform.
Can I return the vehicle to a different location?
One-way rentals (different pickup and return locations) may be available. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What if the vehicle has a problem during my rental?
Contact us immediately. We'll help resolve the issue — whether it's roadside assistance, a vehicle swap, or answering questions about the vehicle.
Are the vehicle photos real?
Yes. We use real photographs of our actual fleet vehicles. The vehicle you see in the listing is the vehicle you'll drive — no "or similar" substitutions.
