Cancellation Policy

Mileage Policy

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance. Additional mileage is available at a per-mile rate. Mileage allowances vary by vehicle and rental type:

• Daily: Mileage allowance per day (varies by vehicle)
• Weekly: Higher daily allowance for weekly rentals
• Monthly: Best per-day mileage rate for long-term rentals

Fuel / Charging Policy

Gasoline vehicles: Return with the same fuel level as at pickup. If not, a refueling fee will apply.

Electric vehicles: Return with at least the same charge percentage as at pickup. We'll provide charging information and nearby charging locations.

ⓘ Specific EV charging-return requirements will be confirmed at booking.

Vehicle Return

• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• Return the vehicle in reasonable condition (normal wear excepted)
• Excessive cleaning may incur a cleaning fee
• A final walk-around inspection will be conducted together

Extensions & Modifications

Need to extend your rental or modify your dates? Contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.

Damage & Incidents

In the event of damage, accident, or other incident:

• Contact us immediately
• Document the situation with photos and a written report
• For accidents, file a police report if required
• Insurance claims are handled through the insurance provider
• Do not commit to repairs or settlements without our involvement

Flight Delays

We track your flight. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust the pickup time accordingly at no charge. If your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, contact us as soon as possible to coordinate.
